Each individual has different skin type and different issue. Our doctor would assess your skin condition and recommend the number and frequency of the laser treatment.

While some cream can make your skin to be reacted with the laser, we would recommend you to bring your cream during your consultation with our doctor so that our doctor is able to identify if it is safe to conduct laser treatment.

While many skin treatment can be treated similarly in children and adults, differences in treatment approaches can result from varying anxiety levels, pain tolerance, the use of size-appropriate safety equipment, and differences in the evolution of skin healing over time. JPP accepts children with minimum age of 12 years old for laser treatment.

Most patients have stated that there is little like small ant biting feeling and there would be no burn mark. Our doctor would be carefully assess your skin condition during the laser treatment if there is reaction to heat might appear. Prior to the treatment, our doctor would assess your skin condition and if you prone to allergy toward heat. For treating acne scars which is semi invasive, patients would experience heat to their facial skin.

What is the minimum purchase for online order?
There is no minimum purchase.
What is JPP Delivery Policy?
We will deliver your order within the next 3 working days (D+3) after confirmation of payment. Do note our office hour are 09:00 AM – 17:00 PM WIB (except Saturday, Sunday and other public holiday), we will contact you once we have received payment. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please contact us. The estimated delivery duration depends on the courier service, we are unable to take responsibility in the event of a delay. During high season delivery may take longer.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss of goods because of the expedition. Our delivery cost includes shipping insurance. If there is any damage due to shipping, the customer will contact the courier service.

Same-Day Delivery
• Same-Day Delivery only available at Jakarta area.
• Same-Day Delivery will be provided by Go-Send Service.
• Customer will manage delivery pick-up and pay directly to Gojek. Please contact our admin about the pick-up address.
• Same-Day Delivery Orders placed before 16:00 PM WIB on the working day can be delivered on the same day.
• Orders placed after 16:00 PM WIB will be delivered on the next working day.

We will check the product condition before we pack. Our products will be carefully packed in bubble wrap and sealed in a brown envelope..
Would the order be delivered through out Indonesia?
We deliver to major cities in Indonesia. To check if your city is in the list, during the check out process, please enter your shipping address from the available city and province list.
What logistic method for the product delivery?
We offer JNE and Wahana logistic service to all across Indonesia. However, you can select to pick at our nearest JPP Skin Laser Clinic outlet and there will be no logistic cost incur to you.
There is also insurance coverage option which you can opt in during the checkout process.

What is the cost of the logistic?
The logistic cost depends on the weight and the destination address. The logistic cost would be automatically calculated into the purchase during the check out process. Once the checkout process is completed, you can track the goods from the Order Tracking tool.

All consultation at JPP Skin Laser Clinic is free of charge. Feel free to visit any of our JPP Skin Laser Clinic for our doctor to assess your condition. Restassure, there is no obligation to purchase our service treatment.
Can I redeem the treatment at all JPP Skin Laser Clinic?
Yes, any service treatment you purchase, you are welcome to visit any of JPP Skin Laser Clinic. To add convenience, please do contact your preferred clinic for us to your appointment.
How long is the validity of the service treatment?
Each service treatment package has its validity. Do consult with our Doctor and staff to identify the most suitable package for you.
Can I share the service treatment I bought with my family members and friends?
For a service treatment 20 sessions and more, you are welcome to share with your family members and friends.
